Fire inspections may be required as a condition of sale, for financing or for safety purposes. Requests for inspections regarding sale and financial must be made a minimum of 3 weeks prior to the deadline for the inspection to take place. Please note that if any violations are noted, they will need to be corrected before a final letter can be issued.  The fee for a fire inspection is $75.00 per hour.
