What is the proposed start date for your burn?*
You understand that the fire must be supervised and controlled at all times by an adult?*
You understand that you will not be permitted to burn during a fire ban?*
You understand that you will not be permitted to burn during 20/km/hr plus wind or where there is a rain/fog/smog alert issued?*
You understand that smoke must not blow across roadways or in anyway hamper driving and travel?*
I understand that submitting this application does not automatically approve my request and an approved Fire Permit must be provided to the applicant, from the Fire Department, before a burn can commence. Burn Permits are valid for up to 30-days.*
