Landfill

The Town operates a municipal landfill site located at 1249 Sauble Falls Parkway, between the communities of Oliphant and Sauble Beach.

Landfill Hours

The Landfill Site will close the gates to incoming traffic 15 minutes prior to every closing time to allow patrons already within the site to un-load and exit the site by the closing times.

For landfill rates and tipping fees, view Appendix E of the Town’s Fee By-Law. The Landfill Site accepts cash, cheque and debit cards. Sundays are cash only.

The Landfill Site can only accept materials from properties within the Town. Please be ready to show your identification and to identify the owner and source location of the material you are dumping.

The Town has a number of recyclable items that are accepted at the landfill but are diverted from entering the landfill’s fill area. Some items are free and some items have a cost for disposal. Additional information is available on the recycling section of our website.
